Administrative/Clerical
Consists of a variety of services which include Office
Services, General Office Equipment, Internal Services and
Facilities. Support the identification and implementation of
improved streamlined processes that keep our business
moving.

Customer
Service
Works with internal and/or external personnel to provide
customer service, which may include (but, not limited to):
receiving/verifying purchase orders, verifying stock
availability/inventory, and process shipment orders. If
applicable, can coordinate trade shows, manage warehouse
issues, and maintain databases.

Finance Services
Provide financial leadership at all organization levels
company-wide. Provide advice, counsel, and forecasting to
the Company's business units and functions. Guide the
Company's business activities by providing the critical data
needed for every aspect of our business - from new product
launches, to retail promotions, to plant expansions. Finance
& Accounting is a partner in every strategic business
decision.

Resources
Assit in building an organization whose culture will attract
and retain talented, engaged and committed employees
dedicated to deliver business goals. HR includes generalists
supporting the different functions and business groups, and
specialists devoted to a particular discipline of Human

Represents the Company on legal issues. Provides legal

Marketing
Create the vision and deploy plans to build innovative
brands which appeal to consumers and grow our business. The
Marketing group's job is to find out what consumers want and
to come up with new ways of satisfying these needs. We do
this by leveraging the strength of our existing brands and
by creating new food products to meet the changing needs of
the consumer.

Operations
(includes Logistics, Distribution, Purchasing, and
Transportation)
The Operations group manages the flow of raw materials and
finished product through the supply chain. Operations is
responsible for forecasting, demand planning, purchasing,
developing world class supply chain systems which includes
customer service, transportation and distribution. The
professionals who manage the supply chain aspect of
Operations are responsible for logistics, transportation,
and distribution of our products. That includes everything
from acquiring raw materials, to scheduling delivery to our
plants, planning production schedules, warehousing products,
and movement of finished goods to their final destinations.
Our Purchasing associates strategically source global
materials and services needed to produce our products. We
globally leverage our buying power to ensure cost
containment and savings. Manage the flow of finished product
through the supply chain.

Services
Develop strategic selling concepts and
activities, and consult with customers to grow our business.
Building the Company's presence at the retail level. All
associates are dedicated to building profitable long-term
relationships with the people who buy our products. Most of
our sales associates represent our entire product line.

Technical
Services / Manufacturing (includes Engineering)
Our manufacturing function, which is
responsible for every aspect of making our products, is
aligned with our business divisions. We have members from
the key areas of Engineering, Quality, Environmental and our
Production. Our Packaging & Engineering areas apply their
expertise to package design issues such as shelf life and
environmental concerns. Our Corporate Quality area applies
its expertise by developing and implementing proactive food
safety strategies and initiatives that minimize risks while
maintaining regulatory compliance. Engineering provides
their expertise to design and test new processes and
recommend and implement more efficient processes or
equipment.
