Preheat oven to 170 C. lightly butter large baking
dish.
In a pot of boiling water, cook cauliflower for 4-5
minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and arrange half
quantity of the cauliflower in the dish, sprinkle
with cooked meat, cheddar and parmesan cheese.
Add remaining cauliflower over meat. Keep aside.
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, onion,
and flour, cook, stirring over low heat for 1
minute. Pour in milk; bring to boil and simmer for
2-3 minutes until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle mozzarella over top.
Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden.
