Chicken with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons KDD Butter
6 Pieces of Chicken Breasts, skinned, boned
1 Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ Cup Chopped Green Pepper
¼ Cup Chopped Yellow Pepper
¼ Cup Chopped Red Pepper
2 Medium Tomatoes, peeled and copped
2 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Pack KDD Tomato Paste
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Preparation:
 
Preheat oven 180 C. Grease a medium oven dish.
Heat butter into large skillet. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken pieces.
Fry chicken in butter on both sides until lightly browned.
Remove chicken and arrange in the oven dish.
Return pan to the heat, add peppers, and cook 1-2 minutes. Add chicken stock, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir well.
Pour the mixture over the chicken, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes until thickened and golden. Enjoy.
