Preparation:
In a small saucepan heat ½ cup of milk, sprinkle gelatin over the milk, heat for 2-3 minutes till it dissolves.
In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the remaining milk, thick cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Heat until it boils, stir it constantly.
