Panna Cotta

Ingredients:
2 Cups KDD Full Cream Milk
6 Tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin
3 Packs 250ml KDD Thick Cream
½ Cup Sugar * 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Flavour
1 Teaspoon Lemon or Orange peels
  Topping:
Strawberry or Raspberry Sauce

Preparation:
 

In a small saucepan heat ½ cup of milk, sprinkle gelatin over the milk, heat for 2-3 minutes till it dissolves.

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the remaining milk, thick cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Heat until it boils, stir it constantly. 

Add the milk and gelatin mixture. Bring it to boil again.
Strain the mixture and discard peels. Pour into 8 ramekins.
Refrigerate Panna Cotta for 2-3 hours, until set and chilled.
To remove, run tip of knife around edge. Invert onto dish. Garnish it with Strawberry or Raspberry sauce. Enjoy.
