Preparation:

Alfredo Sauce: In a medium
saucepan, heat butter and flour, until light brown.
Add mushrooms, KDD thick cream and KDD milk; bring
to boil, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese, salt
and pepper. |

Cook fettuccine, or pasta as
directed on package. Drain and keep aside. |

Pour Alfredo sauce over fettuccine; toss until well
coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy. |
