Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients:
250gm Fettuccine (or any kind of Pasta)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  Alfredo Sauce with Mushroom:
½ Cup KDD Butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
4-5 Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
½ Cup KDD Milk
1 Cup KDD Thick Cream
¾ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ Teaspoon Salt
White Pepper

Preparation:
 

Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat butter and flour, until light brown. Add mushrooms, KDD thick cream and KDD milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.

Cook fettuccine, or pasta as directed on package. Drain and keep aside.

Pour Alfredo sauce over fettuccine; toss until well coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy.
