Indian Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:
4 pieces chicken breasts, cut into cubes
4 Tablespoons Flour
4 Tablespoons KDD Butter
4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Large Onion, chopped
½ Teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
2 Sticks Cinnamon
3 Large Bay Leaf
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
4-6 Pieces cloves
6-8 Pods Cardamom
1 Teaspoon Salt
3-4 Cups Water
1 130ml KDD Spicy Tomato Sauce
6 Tablespoons KDD Thick Cream

Preparation:
 

Coat chicken with flour. Keep aside.

Melt butter in a medium casserole over medium heat, add garlic and onion, cook until tender, add ginger, cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken, cook until light brown. Add remaining ingredients except cream.
Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Stir in cream. Serve with rice. Enjoy.
