At the time of receipt of goods into warehouse items are scanned and directly accounted into the stock, as all the pallets are bar-coded. Products are uploaded to VNA racking system. Where uploading and offloading of the product is done through a RF system which allows great flexibility in fixing pallet locations and transferring the data to base station. Uploading and offloading of products are done using sophisticated latest technology materials handling equipments. Our software and control systems allow the racking personnel to work with great ease and with almost Nil supervision. Offloading from the racking is based on system generated requirement which is directly connected to the load out requirement of sales cars. RF control does not permit any wrong item pick up or excess/shortage pick up.

Data of all load outs to sales cars are automatically transferred to the hand held computers which each sales car carries. Billing is done through this hand held computers at all outlets and stock in the sales car is always automatically adjusted after each sale. At the time the sales car comes back to warehouse, it is directly known as to what stock is left in the car. Such returned stock is directly uploaded into warehouse stock from hand held computers. Therefore there is hardly any chance of items missing at any point of operation.

The system on which we work allows maximum transparency, that any authorized person can monitor the activities of operation on an on-line basis. Additionally, all the details are made available through web, that any authorized person can monitor the activities sitting anywhere.
