Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients:
1 Packet Short Crust Pastry, at room temperature
2 Cups Frozen Spinach
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ Cut Feta Cheese, crushed
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
4 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
1 Cup KDD Thick Cream
1 Cup KDD Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:
 

Heat oven to 400 F.

Roll pastry, line it in a 10 inch quiche or tart pan.

Rinse spinach then squeeze to remove excess water.
Sprinkle both types of cheese, onion and spinach over pastry.
Mix remaining ingredients well, pour into crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 F and bake for 30-35 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let it stand for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy.
