Break eggs into mixing bowl. Add KDD milk, KDD Thick
Cream and chives; whisk until combined.
Melt butter in frying pan. Pour egg mixture. Stir
gently over low heat for 2 minutes or until eggs are
set. Don't let them boil.
When the eggs are almost cooked, put two slices of
bread in the toaster until they are golden on both
sides, or place the bread on hot grill and cook 1-2
minutes. Spread hot toast with butter; cut into
triangle and serve with eggs.
