Tomato Cream Soup

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons KDD Butter
1 Small Onion, sliced
  Alfredo Sauce with Mushroom:
1 medium carrot, diced
2 Tablespoons Flour
4 Tablespoons KDD Tomato Paste
2 Cups KDD Tomato Juice
1 Cup chicken stock
4 Tablespoons KDD Whipping Cream (at room temperature)
¾ teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
  Garnishing:
KDD Whipping Cream

Preparation:
 

Over medium heat, melt butter in medium saucepan, add onion, garlic and carrot, brown lightly.

Add flour and mix well.

Add tomato paste, tomato juice and chicken stock.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, liquidize, and then pass it through a sieve.
Bring to boil in a clean pan, add salt & pepper, then gradually add cream, stir well. Serve with croutons and cream. Enjoy.
