What is chocolate in comparison to this mini meat loaves recipe, when it comes to enhancing your mood? There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy main dish! If you have plenty of beef on hand then mini meat loaves is the thing to make. Do try this.

ingredients

  1. 3-4 cups all purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoon quick-rise yeast
  3. 3 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1 teaspoons salt
  6. 1 cup KDD Yoghurt
  7. Filling
  8. 4 tablespoons KDD Butter, melted
  9. Glaze
  10. 2 cups cooked meat
  11. 2 tablespoons Milk
Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, place 3 cups of flour and remaining dough ingredient. With mixer on low speed, beat well to make soft dough, adding more flour if necessary. Knead until smooth. Cover and let it rise in warm place until it is doubled.
  2. Preheat oven 190 c.
  3. Cut dough into 12 equal pieces. Stuff with filling, shape into small loaf; place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Let it rise until doubled.
  4. Glaze: Mix egg with water. Brush each loaf.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Enjoy.
